Şengün & Partners Held a Comparative Webinar on Turkish and French Competition Law

Our colleague Maëva Viricel recently delivered a webinar on “Abuse of Dominant Position in French and Turkish Competition Law” on behalf of Şengün & Partners Attorney Partnership.

Bringing together participants from both within and outside the firm, the webinar offered a comparative overview of how the abuse of dominant position is addressed under French and Turkish competition law. Current approaches, practical examples, and the main differences between the two legal systems were discussed throughout the session.
