Life is changing, law is evolving. Just following-up these developments actively is not sufficient, thinking, analysis and strategy are mustsalong with internalizing the changes.

There is a gap. External institutions do not see fail to evaluate this gap.As the lawyer cannot fulfill his historical mission, he becomes more and more ignorant with narrow specialization and moves away from holistic production. The internal self-esteem and social external prestige of the lawyer are damaged.

The lawyer is not only a practitioner, but also a founder. He/ she must be the first messenger, the first to think, of what should be as well as what is.

That is why, it is imperative to have a dialogue with the Lawyers and to ensure a development in this direction.

In this respect, we believe that the establishment of an Academy for Lawyers is a proper act. In the proposed Academy, it is aimed to advance not only the dialogue between the Lawyers within the Group, but also a dialogue in which the Lawyers from the outside will participate.

Dialogue is the method; anditsobjective is development. The activities of the academy may not be considered education traditionally.

Ideas will be generated. Strategic perspective method will be taught. It will be attempted to find answers to the questions of how substantive law should be perceived and how to act with this perception.

The rise of thought will rise the movement.
