Şengün & Partners Establishes International Coordination / Europe / Global

Şengün & Partners has established International Coordination to oversee and support its growing international activities.

Under this new structure, we will centralize the management of all cross-border legal matters, international collaborations, and coordination activities within an institutional and systematic framework.

As part of this initiative, we have launched Şengün Europe. To ensure focused and consistent management of cross-border and multinational projects and disputes involving or connected to Türkiye, we have designated Düsseldorf and Zurich as our European Coordination Centers.

Operating through our centers in Düsseldorf and Zurich, we will set up corporate contact points in various European cities in response to specific operational needs.

In this context, we have established our first corporate contact point in Marseille.

For cross-border and multinational projects and disputes outside Europe involving or connected to Türkiye, we have designated London and Dubai as our Global Coordination Centers.

Through our London and Dubai coordination centers, we plan to establish corporate contact points in other jurisdictions as needs arise.

We will hold meetings at our coordination centers and corporate contact points by appointment.

Under this structure, we will continue our existing collaborations and pursue new partnerships with international law firms. Where appropriate, we will handle cross-border matters and multi-party legal proceedings in close coordination with counsel in the relevant jurisdictions.
