Şengün & Partners conducted a comprehensive workshop on “Supply Agreements and Risk Management” at a leading company in the automotive industry, with the participation of its Sales, Purchasing, Marketing and IT departments.

The interactive programme covered the legal and commercial structure of supply agreements, national and international obligations, critical contractual risks and risk-based contract management. With the active participation of the attendees, the roles of different departments in contract processes and a risk matrix approach to the effective management of risks were examined through practical examples.
