We advised Lila Tekstil, a member of Lila Group, throughout its collective bargaining negotiations with the trade union Öz İplik-İş, including the mediation process and all union discussions. Partner Gülşah Güven and Executive Associate Öykü Gülsen represented our firm at the final meeting.

Following constructive negotiations, the process was successfully concluded with the signing of a collective bargaining agreement with Öz İplik-İş.
