Biography

As the partner of the firm, M. Nazım Pektaş’ 30-year-long practice focuses on Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution. He represents leading domestic and multinational companies which operates in the field of asset management, factoring, media, outdoor advertising, automotive, transportation, insurance brokerage. Until recently, Mr. Pektaş has acted as the President of Adıyaman Bar Association for two terms. During his career, he advised various private and public institutions and companies.

During his career, Mr. Pektaş represented his clients during crucial and major criminal cases, which set a precedent for many supreme court decisions. In addition to the criminal law and dispute resolution expertise, Mr. Pektaş advises his national and multinational clients on project development and negotiation phases. Nazım Pektaş also continues to act as the President of Adıyaman Lawyers Association.
